RealStaff is a powerful and easy to use App that manages Realtime, Biometric/Touchless attendance for staff.
Its unique and very useful feature for Day-In, Day-Out and In-Between attendance is a practical and very effective way to monitor in-house or remote staff and can effectively handle day/night duty.
RealStaff facilitates Remote attendance, where a staff working from field, site or home can easily mark his attendance.
Each time the staff marks his attendance, the actual GPS location of the staff with Real Time is recorded by accurately by RealStaff .Realstaff provides QR Scan or selecting location from drop down for marking of attendance.Any number of locations can be defined and can be assigned to the staff.
One staff can be assigned multiple locations for eg.
A single watchman can be assigned to many shops to patrol.Also any number of staff can be assigned to a single location.
For Eg.
Number of Teachers assigned to a School.RealStaff facilitates to manage any number of companies (multi-company) and its respective staff, with a single mobile number and single password.
The company owner can easily switch to another company in one tap without longing out.RealStaff manages staff designation hierarchy, which means that every staff has a senior (in designation) to whom he Reports To.
The senior can check and monitor his assigned staff duty, whereas a junior staff cannot see or check his senior’s duty.
The business owner can see or check duty for all his all staff.
For eg.
A Supervisor can monitor the duties of workers, working under him, and a manager who is senior to the supervisor can monitor the duties of all the supervisors working under him as well as all the workers.
A business owner, who is senior most, can monitor duties of all the managers under him, all the supervisors and all the workers.
